Married and living in Western Kentucky with our three kids, Caden, Mela Kate, and Kora Belle.

Brian's been building houses since he was a boy working under his father, James Penn, until summer 2023.

Under God's guidance we both quit our jobs to start Penn Homes to continue helping people bring their dreams alive.
